Charles is always looking for a way to promote the sport of badminton and assist others who wish to improve their badminton skills. Having traveled the world and trained under different coaches, Charles brings together the different coaching methods he has learned in a unique way that is suitable for players of all ages and levels. Charles enjoys coaching and is open to coaching anyone with an interest and passion for the sport along with the willingness to put in the time and effort to advancing themselves. These individuals include beginners, intermediate, and advanced players, some of whom are top Canadian National Junior Players.

Besides coaching in private sessions, Charles has also successfully organized, operated and assisted other coaches and organizations with camps, clinics and exhibitions from Vancouver, B.C. to Montreal, Q.E. In 2009, Charles helped coach the University of Waterloo Varsity Badminton Team to their first OUA Championship in five years. And in 2010 Charles was awarded 'Coach of the Year' by the Ontario Badminton Association. Charles now resides in Mississauga, Ontario and is the head coach of the Lee's Badminton Training Centre of Mississauga.
